just rolled a +2 Strength +1 Juke ADV EQ but I would have to Loose my +1 Quick Cut ADV EQ (which has been upgraded 3 times so is now +4 SPD +3 QC) So i guess my question is: which is better +2 STH +4 SPD +3 Juke or +4 SPD +3 Quick Cut

Does your HB usually make alot of turns and the such? I would take the other piece and hold onto it a bit to see if I could find something else but I think if you run more elusively then QC might be more helpful
