Looks like a low level safety that has spent way too many points in SA's already.

STFU. Do you realize how stupid you sound?
Pelican, at least you leveled them up already so you need to work on your physical attributes. Since you did SAs this early, go ahead work on speed for 3 or 4 levels.

Since levels come by pretty quick, you'd want to hit the speed hard while you train for vision and agility then vision and jumping(if there is one, can't remember). Rmember that strength is big too for a SS ,especially when you're a good tackler. Down the road you'd want to do that because the better RBs will run you over even if your tackling is good, but they improve as your levels go up of course. The most important SA you possess is Superior Vision. You can see plays develop and get the ball carrier. When you get up in levels, the Superior Vision along with strength and tackling will help knock the ball loose from the carriers.
Since you look good on you SAs for now, you can work on your speed bc speed is the common of all attributes.

Retire. It could be saved but you are wayy behind right now. Get speed to 68 right off the bat then get agility to 60. After that get strength to 68. I love strength for safeties on my team

Strength is key for SSs.
That is if you want him to be realistic. Dumbass everywhere loves to build speed to 100 before they do anything else. By listening to their arguement, it actually makes people more dumb for reading it.
Zach is right though, you gotta hit the speed and agility hard for a while. The good news is that you don't have to keep up with anything else.
