Looks a little behind but not much. Get speed to 68 w/o eq then start working on agility till it is 68 w/o eq while training vision.

Personally I would work a seesaw w/ speed/agility up to the double cap (~60). Then you can progress w/ it higher. Just remember to pump your speed/agility/vision all to at least the quad cap and you can't go wrong.
