By the time I sign onto a 13 cap team and boost I will have 25 points to spend. This is the first DE I have made so I don't really know what I am doing. I really want a pass rusher but I would like to maintain at least a little bit of balance.I plan to buy full custom EQ so my equipment points should total out to around 17. How should I build this guy the rest of the way?

agility to 68 speed to 68 train jumping/tackling or vision/confidence
all equipment into agility.

no youre right, i didnt add up if that was 25 points. just do as much of the above as you can.
will be a beast when you finish that.

if you did vision training, take it to 61. if you did tackling do strength to 61 whilst training visionconf

after both those hit 61, get strength to 68.
should keep you busy

could also train strength/tackling, strength at 50 is decent training value.

Speed is overrated on a DE imo. Str and agility all the way imo. Speed is 3rd

I would use the 25 SPs to get Agility up to 68. If you want to really be a pass rusher then get speed up to 68 next, then tackling. This will allow you to get to the QB quickly and then make a tackle from farther away. If you're trying to be more balanced then i'd use your SPs for strength.

Yes, Bort has said numerous time that tackling increases your tackling radius. Plus you can tell while watching your dots that it does indeed work.
