My quarterback i believe has a decent arm for his level but just isnt getting any offers at all any advice?

first, too young for points in ST. all eq should be in throwing. throwing needs to be jacked up a bit

Yep. You detonated that build when you spent all those points in SA's.

16-caps will not have any interest in you next season, I assure you.

I would retire him right now and start building a new one, so that by the start of Season 12, you'll have him ready for a new 13-cap team.

And don't touch the SA's until at least level 30 or so....
