No strength wcich is the second most important attribute for a SS. Just another speedy young SS that gets ran over.

good start, 2nd, or 3rd cap agility [60/68]
same with vision
then 1st cap strength
and then you can go alot of routes from there, you could 2nd cap tackling if you wanted, same with str or up your minor attributes
or you could take your speed/agi/vision to a higher cap as well. or start to work on a tree of SA's

I would say build on strength first then go to your secondary attributes. As of right now he's more of a coverage specialist and not a true SS that can help stop the run. But if you do it right he can be a hella good SS by the time he hit lvl 40.
