This will be the last set of rankings I'll do this season so hopefully you all enjoyed the couple I did this season. Best of luck to all teams down the stretch and into the playoffs.
1) ESL (11-1)
Continue to cruise, great squad that reps SEAPL well. Should go far in the playoffs and will end up at 15-1 and the #1 seed
2) PPD (10-2)
I have these guys and the Marauders at the same level, but the Dragons beat the Maruaders so they get the #2 spot in my final rankings. A couple of blowout losses vs the Buddhist and Bandar over the past 4 week gives one pause as to how far they can go in the playoffs, but they've had a good year and will hold onto the #2 seed
3) Marauders (10-2)
If not for the loss vs. Pa Dong this season they'd be right up there with ESL in consideration for the top spot. The two games they have lost this year have both been by identical scores 41-34. Very good team that just administered a big beatdown of Cambodia. Will remain at the #3 slot and could go on a playoff run that will see them holding the Naga trophy in a couple of weeks.
4) Bandar - (9-3)
Bounced back from a rare 2 game losing streak to crush PDD by 35. Their losses to the Sinapore Squads have them at #4 on my list...but that doesn't really matter to them, they are a capable team that should see another round 2 matchup vs. ESL. They hope for a repeat of last years playoff victory and it should be another classic.
5) Okinawa - (9-3)
Bounced back from a Maruaders loss and before that an embarrasing Frogs loss to steal one from the buddhist this week. They should go 2-2 the rest of the way and end up at 11-5, very good season for them.
6) Buddhist (8-4)
Same old buddhist. Beat Bandar and Pa Dong, but lay eggs vs. other teams they are expected to beat. They've never beaten the Mountain Men, so assuming they don't again..they end up at 11-5..but they appear to have locked themselves into a first round matchup with the maruaders.
7) Dart Frogs (6-6)
I like this team, alot of heart. Wins over the MM, Okinawa and Winona show that they have some game and they have a 1-3 stretch schedule coming up. If the Buddhist beat the Mountainment, the frogs will see the #7 seed and a Pa Dong first round playoff matchup...which is still brutal, but better then ESL (if only by a little)
8) Cambodia MM (8-4)
Cambodia is falling fast, losing by 30 to the surging Frogs and following that up with a 50 point loss to the Maruaders. They are in the playoffs but will, at best, end up 10-6. If they lose the buddhist make that 9-7 and a possible 8 seed ESL matchup, which will be ugly.
