been looking for almost 2 seasons now. level 35 elusive back. 80+ speed (currently i'm working on this), 75+ agility. will back up if needed. I boost when ever possible. pm me or post here. thanks

I would retire him. Its not a terrible build (i have seen worse) but it could be a whole lot better. It would better if you just started over. I would advise doing the same thing you did but no Skill points into the SAs until level 30+.
Everything else was fine but your Speed and Vision was low. Speed should but in the 90s as an elusive back by level 35 and Vision should at least be at 48 (i would go to 50+) by level 35. Just use the extra points there and less stamina. 35 stamina is perfect for a level 35 RB in a 2 back system.
