1. ESL (8-1)
Looks like ESL is going to sail home with a 15-1 record after taking Okinawa and the Mountainmen Down. Nizzle and Cold Dot are an insanely good running duo and they have a very well rounded defense that gave up less then 20 to Bandar, Oki and the Mountainmen in 3 consecutive weeks...you have the Naga Favorite and my top ranked team.
2. Pa Pong Dragons (8-1)
Their hopes of a perfect season went down the drain with their lost to the buddhist, but I think it may have taken a little pressure off the squad. Nobody REALLY wants to be 16-0 in the regular season, the pressure to complete a perfect season is just more unneeded pressure. I wouldn't read too much into the Buddhist lost, the buddhist just seem to match up really well with the Dragons for some reason.
The Dragons has a few tough games left and may drop another game to the Mountainmen, Okinawa or Bandar along the way. But they appear to be destined for a top 4 seed and a good first round matchup.
3. Bandar (8-1)
Bandar is ready for a tough stretch run that has them looking at the Maruaders, the Buddhist and the Dragons over the next 3 games. They conclude with Okinawa and the Mountain men. They have played a soft schedule to this point, but will remain at #3 until they play some more games and show what they have vs. teams that are going to make the playoffs.
Bandar has a knack for winning close games...so if I had to guess I'd say they end up holding onto the #3 spot or maybe moving up to #2. Next weeks game against the Marauders has huge seeding implications, even at this point in the season.
4. Marauders (7-2)
The Marauders hang onto #4, mostly because there is a big gap between the top 4 teams in the conference and the rest IMO. Their defense has been shakey the last 3 games, giving up 41 in each...including 41 to Vanuatu. They face Bandar, Okinawa and Cambodia the next few weeks and I suspect they will lose one of those...they better hope they don't lose two or they will be looking up at the top 1/2 of the playoff bracket.
5. Buddhist (6-3)
The Buddhist are like that fat friend you take drinking out with you occasionally. sometimes he gets really drunk and just kicks somebody's ass, but most of the time he just tries to act like he's having a good time while you are picking up women.
Since the last rankings, the Buddhist played the Maruaders tough, stomped anchorage and took down the undefeated Dragons by 32. I think that gives them a #5 seed. If they show up, they can beat you...but you never know what team is going to show up every week.
6. Okinawa - (8-1)
Since the last rankings they got worked by ESL and squeaked out wins vs duluth and rangoon in unimpressive fashion. Rangoon especially, to only be up by 6 going into the 4th vs. a team with no wins isn't a good sign for a team that hasn't played the Marauders, the Buddhist, the Dragon and the Pirates yet. Even the other two squads they face Vanuatu and Anchorage can ball a little.
12-4 would be a good record for them to end with, but I see them slipping out of the top 4 pretty quickly and ending up with a 6-7 seed before it's all said and done.
7. Mountain Men (7-2)
MM had to stage a comeback to win their last game against the 2 win Bulldogs, got worked by ESL and beat the 1 win Garudas by only 13. Their quality of play of late has been poor and their lack of any quality wins this season has them falling down the rankings.
The fans in cambodia are clammering for more Hearst as he is clearly the most effective part of their offense. They have a couple of softies coming up and they hope to get things figured out before they hit the Marauders, the Buddhist, the Dragons and the Pirates in their stretch run. We'll see where the chips all fall, but they could be looking at a 7-8 seed by the time week 16 concludes.

A few weeks ago I was debating this spot between Winona, Duluth and Vanuatu. Duluth has had such bad luck this year, tons of close losses. Do I think they are as good as Winona, Vanuatu and Surabaya...yeah, they probably are. But I can't put a 2-7 team in the top 8, no matter how well they've played in their losses.
Vanuatu - since last rankings they beat up on the terrible Tigers, lost to surabaya, and the Marauders (althought they did score alot of points...they just gave up over 70)
Winona - Squeaked out a win against the Garudas, barely beat the cowboys and got hammered by 77 by ESL. Good news..they did better vs ESL then Vanuatu, bad news...they still aren't in ESL's league and the Cowboy/Garuda showings were very poor.
Surabaya - beat Vanuatu that's great, unfortunately they are sitting at 3 wins and still have Okinawa, Mountain Men and ELS left.
Right now I'm still sticking to WINONA (5-4) , just based on the fact that Vanuatu lost to Surabaya and Winona lost by less points to ESL then Vanuatu. I can't see putting a 3 win team into the top 8 right now, sorry Frogs. But Let's see how things play out for my week 12 rankings.

Like I said in the other thread we wanted to beat Bandar but didn't want to be undefeated, so we let one slip
. Also, anything the news tells you is unreliable and biased IMO.
