My qb found an adv. equipment with +1 throwing and FG SA so they do exist.

Not trying to hijack thread but rather than start a new one thought I'd just post in here.

Have a slightly upgraded piece of AEQ that has +3 throwing, +1 vision and 11% to pass quality. Would that piece be better than my standard EQ that has +6 (soon to be +7) to throwing?

Hard for me to tell where the break point is that makes the AEQ better. What's the general consensus? Using the AEQ gives my QB 100 throwing, standard EQ 103.

I wouldn't bother upgrading a piece you intend to replace. I'd replace it once you're up to +4 throw on the AEQ.

I have a similar situation with a piece that gives me an extra +3 vision +3 Throwing and +3 to tight spiral.

I do better with the 4 extra SP's in throwing.

If you wait until you only lose one or two in throwing attribute, I would say switch it then.
You can test them by scrimmaging with the same team twice, and don't switch your game plan... just the gear.
