Dan Brownstone is a Level 9 Punter, with enough throwing capabilities that he could be used as a third string quarterback. He's doing fairly well in the D-Leagues, but would like a shot at the Minors for the rest of the season.

Retire him and start over. Nobody is going to want a Punter with throwing. Most teams don't even use 2 quarterbacks let alone 3.
