I like it.
More catching would be good so you nab more balls in traffic and it should get the QB to look his way more often. I think it'll help that catch percentage a lot. Train Vision/jumping to help also.
Also I'd look into getting agility close to 70 after that or maxing out quick cut so he doesn't loose speed running the combination routes. With that kind of speed and agility to match, CB's with their 95 speed should not be able to keep up.
I don't think this build should be thrown away, unless you really want to.
