I am hoping we will be realigned to a cap13 team next year.
I am looking for a QB who will play backup this year and then be our #1 starter next year. Preferably lvl 1 or 2 now.

I am looking for an active agent who boosts his players. Custom gear would be a bonus.
Skill points should be assigned properly or not at all.
I know there are a lot out there.
I am looking to fill two spots.
