What shoes to wear, the build I am going for is a run stuffing, fumble forcing SOB.

+2 tackling, force fumble 2%

Break block chance +2%, Make tackle chance +3%

Thoughts?

Your going for a FF run stuffing build? I'd think the tackling and force fumble piece.
