1.5 ***Official*** Footballguys
*Still the Champs. Still undefeated. Still #1! Enough said. Don't you guys get it?
* I'm putting the East teams atop the rankings, but I also can't tell how they'll stack up against the West. East did win the interconference games, but the top 4 on both sides missed each other.
* Last season's champs are still riding on a 10 game win streak. I don't have them lower because I believe they are just as strong with Hulk taking over; they are doing what it takes to win, but they haven't looked as dominant as the Shockers in the East so far.
* After starting the season a little slow, The O has really turned it on. Should be 9-0 heading into Week 10 match up with the Gurupies.
* Former champs have won 10 in a row in USA Pro going back to last season's playoffs.
* Great D.
* Former champs, and undefeated still. Cant go against them...

2.125 Cincinnati Shockers-
* Almost had a shock of their own last week. I have a strong feeling that it's going to suck to be a Slasher this week.
* Shockers and O are like 1a and 1b in the East. Can't tell which is which. Game against OtR was scary, but O had a game like that against TxR, and TxR is looking baaad this season.
* Despite only beating OTR by one point, I can't justify putting them any lower
* Hell of a comeback against OTR keeps Cincy perfect on the season. I say it every year. If I can have any player on my team I want Jacob Orangeblood. They have the Slashers next, which should be a good game.
* Very close call against OTR was their first game within 29 points all season. These guys have somewhat of a bottom-heavy schedule with the tougher teams later, but the East belongs to them and OFG.
* Someone shoot Jacob Orangeblood, please? Does ***O*** have guns?
* Barley squeaked out a win against OTR

2.875 Minnesota Marauders-
*The only undefeated team in the West left. Still dominating everyone and sits on top the West awaiting MEM and WW to come challenge their throne. King of the West(for now)
*Only undefeated team in the West, but beating HHW has been their only real challenge so far. While beating the teams you're supposed to beat is crucial, we'll see what they're made of after their game 8 against MEM
* This is the team I would least like to see listed after "Next Game In..:"
* The only undefeated team left in the West. They haven't won by less than 15 yet. This team is the class of the West right now.
* Enjoy this spot for now guys, because you have a couple of tough games in a row. They have taken on all challengers so far though with relative ease
* I told you...
* Dominating, even in scrims

4.75 Lincoln Navigators-
* Hottest team in the league. They ended last season on a big roll too. They have found their Mojo and are kicking some tail. YEAAHH BABY YEAH!
* Loss to the Blaze is confusing, but it was week 1, so they get a pass. While the win over MEM is impressive, I still can't see them making a deep run in the postseason.
* This ranking may turn out to be too high, but so far they have earned it.
* Apparently they have some nice players to fill that cool truck now
* Navs are back, etc, etc. 2 great wins over SDD and more importantly MEM put them at #2 in the West. More recently they dismantled the Ground Pounders, and put up their highest score this season against DCD (80).
* Some really solid wins.
* Really turned around after the opener!

5.125 Indianapolis Gurupies-
* Undefeated and this low? Sorry to say but they just haven't impressed me as much as the others. They are a very good squad who could challenge any team on any day. Just haven't had the schedule to prove themselves yet.
* If the other two undefeated East team are tied for first, the Gurupies are a close second. I could see them beating either the Shockers or O, but not both. Further, I could see them in the East championship, but I can't see them winning it. Next season might a different story.
*6-0 apparently only equals 6th place in my book
* Gurupies Defense is improving each week. 36,21,19,13,9,7 are the points they have allowed in their 6 games this season. Should be 8-0 when they match up with the Golfers in week 9. Gurupies still have never beat the Golfers. If they want a shot a the #1 seed they have to beat them.
* 6-0 is what I expected from them with some of the great players they added in the offseason. I can see them winning their next 3 before a big meeting with OFG.
* They had a great offseason and their record proves it
* Really improved the D from seasons past

5.25 Monmouth Evil Monkeys-
* The Mother Effin Monkeys are still grinding people into the ground covered in poo and banana peels. The Hounds really smell good right about now after their beating.
* They did lose to the Navs (big time), but lately they seem to drop a few games each regular season. Hasn't effected their postseason play, though. They've been in the Bort Bowl three of the past four seasons, and I don't think the Marauders are gonna stop 'em again this time. We'll know better after game 8.
* They slipped up against the Navs, but after beating the Wolfpack I can't put them outside the top 5.
* Each week that Lincoln dominates, the less the loss for MeM hurts them. Solid victory against a great Wolfpack team. KKAR, Marauders, Compton, HHW in their next 4. If they go 4-0 they will certainly be moving up in my ranks.
* Sitting at 5-1, the Monkeys are having another great season. They don't seem as dominant as they have in the past though. The next 4 weeks will be huge for them taking on Ketchikan, Minny, Compton, and the Wangs.
* Nice win over the Wolfpack
* Only loss is against the Navs, who have been playing some solid dotball

6.75 Washington Wolfpack-
* Lost to MEM by 7 then they pounded the Pounders I look for them to Destroy the DCD gang and roll over WSI.
* Both of their seasons in the Pro have ended with them losing to MEM in the conference championship. Their game 5 suggests that might be happening again this season
* Only loss is to the Evil Monkeys, but they haven't looked as impressive as others yet.
* I really thought the Pack was the best team going in this season. They are 5-1, but some of their victories have been lackluster. They also had the benefit of playing a gutted East team in week 1
* Tough loss to the Monkeys in which turnovers were the difference. A very quiet 2nd half didn't help either. The Wolfpack rebounded well though almost putting up triple digits on the Ground Pounders.
* Would love to play them in a Beltway Bort Bowl. Wouldn't that be great? I'm sure all the Eastern teams would get together behind their nation's capital!
*5-1, no big wins yet. Played a gutted eastern team. Lucky they're this high

7.875 Honolulu Hurricane Warriors -
* The wangs head into Texas. I smell upset. But maybe not. HHW is always at the top. Great team that will make you worry anytime you play them.
* HHW and Minny have been trading places with each other in the West for four seasons now. Looks like Minny is up this season.
*Most importantly they failed to beat the Hedgehogs by 50. They also lost to the Marauders, and managed to escape with a win against Ketchikan (which is the main reason I have them lower). The last two weeks of the regular season will possibly be their toughest tests left
* I have a feeling this team is due for a let down soon. Nevertheless, they have a GREAT defense and are 5-1 in a tough conference
* Have rebounded nicely after their loss to the Marauders. After stopping by the Lonestar state, they will take their 2-week tour of San Diego followed by the Monkeys.
* Still like their D
* Great defense. But im still not sold.

9.25 New Jersey Blaze-
* Looking like a very good #5 Team possibly a number 4 if they could beat the Slashers in their game.
* Both Blaze and Slashers have only lost to the top triumvirate in the West, and either could finish the season with only three losses. Their head to head game will tell us which is better. Blaze's win over the Navs puts them up for now.
* Win over the Navs is impressive, and you can't blame them for losing to the top 2 teams in the East
* Beating who they should and losing to who they should. 2 easy wins in the next 2, then a big game against OTR.
* Have slowed down a little as they lost 2 of their last 3 real games. Those were against the Shockers and OFG though, so I'm not holding it against them. I see them at 6-2 going into the OTR game, which should be big.
* Only losses are to the top 2 teams ranks them ahead of some 1 loss teams.
* Gotta be the Asheme factor

9.5 Washington Slashers-
* Looks like a very good team here. Could take home the 4th spot on the East and get some Playoff capital if they can keep it up. Have had better performances than the Blaze.
* Doing great for a newly promoted team. Slashers and Blaze will likely be fighting it out for the last home playoff game in the East
* This team/kurieg shows up when it counts. They are the best 4-2 team in USAPL.
* They have had a tough schedule so far. Playing WSI, ***O***, Gurupies and Alpine and still sitting at 4-2 is impressive
* Another very impressive rookie East team. Big upcoming games include the Shockers and Blaze.
* Another team with 2 losses against the top 5. It would not take much for them to move up
* Slashers too high!
* They've had one of the toughest schedules so far. Still 4-2. Im impressed
* Two losses were against OFG/Shockers. So, cant be too disapointed

11.25 Ketchikan Kamper Adventure Rentals -
* Very good Pass heavy team. Can end up hurting them against MEM. Look for them to make the playoffs and challenge whoever they play
* Loss to Demo brings them back to Earth. They'll make it to the playoffs, but they'll finish the season at #5 or less
* Lost by only 7 to HHW after blowing an early lead, but their third straight loss to the Demolition was almost embarrassing. I want to rank them lower, but can't until after they lose to the Monkeys
* Very disappointing loss to the Demolition this week drops them out of my top 10
* Started off nicely, but the Demo put a damper on the Kampfire for a little bit. The Monkeys are next!
* I put them here because lolpreseason scrim against Slashers. Which means Demo are way outta position, but oh well

12.875 Northwest Arkansas Naturals -
* The worst of the 4-2's. They have beat some ok squads but have been beat down by the good teams in the East. I would have to say they have a lot of work to do if they want to hold on to their playoff spot.
* Loss to Gurupies didn't surprise me, but the loss to the Golfers did. Could wind up snatching that #4 slot in the East, but I think Slashers or Blaze have a better chance
* Their losses have not looked very pretty. They also didn't beat the Hedgehogs by 50
* Middle of the pack team until they start getting some big victories.
* Their defense has somewhat let them down in their 2 most recent losses where the Gurupies put up a surprising 71, and the Golfers put up 44. OFG is next, with the Shockers on the horizon as well.

13 Over the Rhine Red Dots -
* Challenged the Shockers in a nail biter. This team has more potential than it has lived up to so far. Look for them to make the playoffs and make a run.
* Far and away the best of the 3-3 teams in the west. They won't beat the Gurupies, but they could upset some of the 4-2 East teams. If we take the Shockers game as a good sign, we still have to consider their ***O***mbarrassment.
* I don't know much about chemistry, but losing by only 1 to the Shockers further makes me a believer that this team is only going to get better as the season goes on.
* Had the Shockers by the balls, but let them off the hook. Cooter Splitter is amazing. 2 easy games coming up and Chemistry is rising
*Like Washington, will need to find consistency. This team seems to be getting things together as their chemistry recovers though. Alternating wins won't get it done in USA Pro though. I see them going at least 3-1 in their next 4 though
* schizophrenic
* Chemistry killed them in the first part of the season. Chemistry is getting to a point where its not completly killing them. Tough 1pt loss to the Shockers, where they carried a 13pt lead into the 4th.

14.375 Compton Vikings-
* Victory over TxR was nice. Those turnovers helped and taking Tick out of the game helped a lot too. Will challenge any team. Looking for some Chunky Monkey Stew this season!
* Win over TxR was a great sign for their playoff chances. They have focus on beating the teams they should beat and staying consistent to make the playoffs, as there are a lot of teams that could bump them out.
* This is a very solid team that should be in the hunt for a playoff spot in the West at the season's end
* They won a game that had to against the Roughnecks. They seem to have fallen back compared to last season though.
* Ehhh...again consistency is the key word. Hopefully the Vikings can find some on their trip to sunny San Diego, or they might find themselves on the outside looking in on day 32
* Very important win over the Roughnecks in Week 6

15.75 Washington Bullets-
* Early on I had them as a playoff contender. That 3 point loss to the Nats I think will come back to haunt them. No playoffs for another season.
* Win over OtR will likely be the highpoint of their season
* Their wins haven't always been pretty, but they what may be some key ones for playoff positioning over OTR and the Woodys
* Nice win over OTR. This team seems to play to their level of competition though. Guessing they will be on the bubble for the 8th seed come day 32.
* Inconsistency kills. These guys will need to find some if they want to make the playoffs. Standout win over OTR, and a tough SOS so far gives them this spot.

16.125 San Diego Demolition-
* Got themselves a good win against the KKAR guys. Good thing too because they could be headed for their second 3 game losing streak of the season. Better win in week 10 if they want to make the playoffs.
* Beating KKAR is ace, but why'd they have to go and lose to the Hounds?
* Close losses to some solid teams that they maybe should have beaten, and they can probably make the playoffs even with Wiseman as their OC.
* Nice win against KKAR, keeps their playoff hopes alive for a little while.
* I think they're still looking for an OC. Losing 3 games in a row will kill you at this level. 2 were against top teams, but the Nashville loss is questionable. They rebounded with a nice win over KKAR though, and will continue to move up if they can keep it up. Problem is they have MM, CV, HHW, and TxR coming up.

17.75 Alpine Golfers-
* Another team which hasn't lived up to their potential. They should be able to pull things together in time to make a run at the playoffs. They beat the Nats as well, not sure if that is saying much this season tbh.
* The Golfers love screwing with my rankings. For the first few games, I knew their comeback was just around the corner. I finally, reluctantly, wrote them off and they turn around and beat NAN. Their four losses were against solid teams, but what bothers me is that they didn't look competitive enough while losing. I guess I have to go back to thinking they'll make the playoffs.
* I want to believe this team can still right the ship and they impressed me with their win over NAN.
* Golfers seem to be fixing their problems with taking care of NaN with relative ease.
* Finally got the monkey off their back with a win...took them 5 weeks to get one though. However they answered nicely with another win this week against a good team in NAN. Still definitely are in the playoff running, although they will have to play flawlessly to get there.
* The win over NAN shows these guys still have some life. I think they will end up as a playoff team.

18.125 Columbus Woodys-
* Bit Carolina in the Ass just when they thought they were getting things straight. Not much else good to say about them. They will avoid relegation... again. But when will being at the bottom every season be enough for Tom?
* I was impressed by the win over the Hammer, but that's not gonna get them a playoff berth
* I thought this team was done for but apparently they have some life left in them.
* Definitely a lot better than last season, but still on the bubble to make the playoffs.
* Good wins over Carolina and South Otto gives them this spot. They also lucked out with their OoC game. Tough schedule coming up though

19.75 West Scranton invaders-
* Oy Vey! They came in beating their chests and now are just praying to the GLB gods to make .500 so they can keep from having a losing season. I predict 6 or 7 wins max. WSI prepare for your first losing season.
* They're not going to make the playoffs, and USAPL boosterism aside, that stuns the hell outta me. I'd hate to be in their locker room
* I really didn't think I'd be putting them this high right now, but I can't think of anyone I'd put ahead of them right now. Their next two games will really prove where they stand in the West
*19-10 over Parma? Jeez, was OPL that bad?
* Ok so they were overhyped...let's admit it. Many thought they would at least have a home playoff game. At this point I think they would be happy making the playoffs. The thing is their schedule hasn't even been that tough yet. They still have 6 playoff teams to play.
* Have 3 wins but all against some of the USA Pro's worst teams. Need to turn it up or they may be asking to move to SEAPL after this season.

20 Dread City Diabolicals-
* Yes yes I know they beat WSI but this team is looking lousy in a hurry because of their brutal schedule from here on out. They will end the season with 6 wins max. Probably 5 tbh.
* Win over WSI looks less significant and loss to Hedgehogs looks morseso
* I'll give them 25th only because they have managed 3 wins. BUT they actually lost to the Hedgehogs, and their other losses somehow managed to be worse than that.
* Demolished by Lincoln. Ouch
*They looked like they were getting into the swing of things in USA Pro...until the Navigators absolutely tore them apart. They will look to rebound, but have a tough 4-game stretch including 3 playoff teams

20.375 Texas Roughnecks-
* Just can't seem to figure it out. As I predicted at the start, they would have trouble combining Tick and Earl. They are still searching for the way they can co-exist. If they find it watch out. But they better find it quick. Week 10 could decide their fate.
* On the basis of S9, I'll bet that they make the playoffs. It's looking like an increasingly risky bet, however
* Poor lawdawg is stuck at 1-5 and all alone. Can't imagine why that could be.
* In their defense they have had a tough schedule so far, but 1-5 is pretty bad.
* Irony. Lawdawg was saying Nashville would get their asses kicked up here...yet they find themselves under Nashville in the rankings despite beating them head to head. I hate to say it, but their playoff hopes are most likely already done, although they can still end up higher than the Hounds in the final standings.
* Brutal schedule so far but I can no longer give them the benefit of the doubt after losing to Compton. I think they will end up as a playoff team yet

21.125 Nashville Hounds-
* The Hounds were the last team to advance to the pro. They were pissed to be ousted by WSI and they are trying to prove they belong. They will be here next season that is more than we can say for some others. Good job.
* They've only got two wins, but they're good ones. Not gonna play in the postseason though
* They may be 2-4, but this is a team that I think is only going to get stronger, and they should be 3-3 but decided in good charity to give the Roughnecks a win.
* Kept the game against Monkeys closer than expected
* They had a great trip to San Diego involving trips to the Zoo as well as Sea World. They didn't have time for the Wild Animal Park though. Too bad. Oh yeah...dotball. They got 2 wins while they were there, before traveling to Dirty Jersey and getting beat by some dirty apes.
* Tough schedule to date, but they still have a lot to prove

21.625 South Otto Fragile Porcelain Mice -
* Came up from AAA and have faired ok. Just need a few more pieces to the puzzle to make a good team up here in USA Pro.
* Worst of the three win teams? Loss to the Woodys suggests yes.
* Well, they did manage to get to 3-3; something a lot of other teams didn't.
* Steel, Hammer, and Buckeyes in their last 3 gets them to .500. I could see them easily losing their next 7 though.
*2 wins in a row (I don't count the Steel). It's a start. Problem is they will struggle with their upcoming schedule where their opponents have an combined record of 16-8.
* Their 3 wins are against teams in the bottom 6 of the USA Pro. May only win 1 more game all season.

24.375 Richey Royals-
* ummm not much to say but thank god for the Steel or they would be fighting with DDL to stay in the league.
* When they beat the Buckeyes, I was pumped for 'em. Turns out the Buckeyes are terrible.
* I've been really disappointed in this team so far
* I really thought Richey was going to be the surprise team this year. Their 2 wins might be all they get this season.
*1 win. Over Cleveland. Yeah...not much to say about this team

25.625 San Diego Lightning-
* The Lightning are the NY-CA of last season. It's worse because they went from a 4th place playoff team in USA Pro to this horrible. Where as NY-CA were awesome in AAA before biting it in Pro. It's now obvious that their enormous roster was their key to success last season.
* If they'd beat the Hounds, I'd be holding out hope for them. They didn't. Amazing a team can go from a #4 seed in a tough Western conference to this in one season. Beating the Vikings is their last shot at relevancy.
* I think this team is a lot better than 0-6, but that just shows you how rough this league is
* Just as everyone said in the pre-season. Roster cap really killed this team.
* They have become the Clippers of San Diego. All of the San Diegans jumped on the Demolition bandwaggon. This team really isn't as bad as their record indicates though, and they've had a hell of a schedule up to this point. I don't see them getting relegated.
*0-6 but have played the toughest schedule in the USA Pro so far. We will see if they can turn it around in their easier stretch. They still have a chance to contend for the playoffs but can't afford many more losses.

25.625 Chicago Hedgehogs-
* Oh jesus they might be an even bigger bust than SDL...
* At least they haven't fallen as far as SDL, right?
* They aren't the worst team in the West, and I wouldn't be surprised to see them manage to avoid relegation.
* Maybe just turn advanced AI off?
*18 points scored per game, 57.7 points allowed per game. What happened guys? I like the Hedgehogs, but I only see them winning 2...maybe 3 more games with their remaining schedule.

26.25 Carolina Hammer-
* Started off bad, started to look good, then went bad again.
* Another playoff team from last season whose slippage puzzles me. Losses to Woodys and SOFPM have convinced me that they are, in fact, lousy.
* I think this team is very solid and could very well surprise a lot of people despite a poor start.
* Apparently they don't want to punt anymore. It's sad because this team has some talent.
* Lost 4 in a row.

27.875 NY-CA Ground Pounders-
* Say hello to the AAA teams for me
* Beat Parma. Will still be relegated
* They have lost some close games, and could be much better if they can get their offense up to par with their defense.
* Still can't figure out why they are so bad.
* Your punter is a top performer...wow.

28.25 Detroit Demon Lions-
* TSE. You may think you're legit by not quitting(officially) but you already have quit it's quite obvious.
*TSE won't be relegated before S11. I guess that that's an accomplishment. Oh yeah, their goal this season is to get ICECOLD! a receiving yards trophy. Be proud, DDL, you're a team designed to statpad one player
* They haven't really won a game since last season.
* Build must be really bad. They have the highest levels and really SUCK
* Hey TSE...that roster limit you were so adamant on having implemented is here. But you've still lost 5 in a row! Okay TSE will never see this comment. I doubt he spends any time on his team anymore, and it shows. And if he does still put in the time, then LOL...because they suck. Maybe getting ICECOLD ! that receiving trophy will be a moral victory for him.
* In a battle with Cleveland for relegation. One of them will be "lucky" the Steel are around.

30 Cleveland Buckeyes-
* Suckeyes
* Relegation
* This team either isn't trying hard enough or was even less deserving of a promotion to Pro than the Hounds and even some teams left behind
* Might be in AAA next season.
*1 win...over a gutted team. So 0 wins. Will probably get relegated.
* In a battle with DDL for relegation. One of them will be "lucky" the Steel are around.

30.875 Parma Burglars-
*I've never understood how these guys can be so bad. They have some good talent on the squad.
* Looked good at times horrible at other times.
* Relegation
* This team is 0-6 in the West, but I can't possibly see them finishing any worse than 2-14 in the East.
* Bye
* Bye guys. I think this is the year you go back down to AAA

32 Pittsburgh Steel-
* Gutted. Should be ashamed Pittsburgh has never had this bad of a team even with Kordel Stewart!
* Relegation
* Does anyone even have this team higher than last place?
* Really sucks that they are even in this league.
* Man this team is really bad. Losing every game 255-0? Is anyone even gameplanning over there? SS Tyrone Carter, the only human on the defense wonders why his teammates never want to go out drinking after the games, and why they can't carry on a coherent conversation. Damn stupid robots.

LOL, roster limit?!?!?! No it's not here, I asked for a FORTY MAN roster limit. 55 did nothing to alleviate the problem, nice try.

Why are you trying to insist our builds suck or talk about the games we lost? It's not relevant. We can't win with the roster disadvantage and coupled with guys leaving the game and going active because they don't find it fun anymore and also in conjunction with our continuously dropping morale. We may have a crappy record, but our record is still stronger than the quality of your comments and rationale for why we are losing games! LOL

Oh yeah, and go IceCold! baby, you guys can't take that away at least!

Yep I'm still here, just sitting idle and patient in hopes that this game can become fun again, or in the very least about football. I like football and I like games. But right now GLB isn't really related to either of those 2 things. It's just a complete abortion at the moment. Although I now have my doubts that Bort will evolve this thing into a good game, so my hope is that he will do a better job with the baseball game, and if/when he does that you will see me on there just as much as you used to see me on here.

BTW, I've never heard anyone say losses are irrelevant lol. I just said you guys suck. I don't care how you suck...but you guys honestly do this season. So if people quit on you, you didn't have the will to recruit, your morale is in the shitter...whatever...you are still sitting at 1-5, and that's the bottom line.

BECAUSE STONE COLD SAID SO

Sorry, I had to.

Haha that was my comment. Didn't even think you were around anymore to see it. Just giving you a hard time, don't take it to heart. It's just dotball.

Eh, you can't have fun trying to find ways for your shitty team to smoke and mirror better ones? It's working for us, we're having a blast.
