So what? You had more tackles. Means more balls were caught on your player. That's not good.
And an All-Star is determined by how much they contribute the team. Whether it be scoring touchdowns or preventing touchdowns.
Stats don't mean jack. As a S - you're either cleaning things up after everyone else (which shows the front 7 are not very good), or cleaning after your own mess (which means a ball was caught on you).
Unless someone can find a safety who has played better in BBB#13, I think I will stay on first team.
Bias? Maybe - maybe not.
If you want to base All-Stars on the stats, by all means go ahead. Post your opinion on the All-Star team.
I'm just arguing my case why I think I should be 1st team SS. I've take cursory looks at the starting safeties of the top 5 teams, and I believe mine is the best.
*sigh* shaddup....Im tired of all these threads about all start. The system is flawed. If you want to see how good our safety is maybe you should address why we went 39 straight quarters without giving up a TD. Just chill.
Thats why your still in the playoffs right?
No matter how much you emphasize the system flawed, it isnt going to give a trophy to polish.
Im not trying to being cocky here,(and you should know that, knowing i didnt really say much the whole season about my team)
but saying that the system is flawed is pretty low.
You can deny it all you want, but in GLB, scoreboard means everything.
You can talk all you want about how epic your defense is, but it didn't get as far as you expected.
People say "DEFENSE WINS GAMES." but i say both sides of the ball are extremely important factors.
