I know Bort hasn't given out a specific statement on what will happen after this season for Season 1 players but what are your plans right now. I think most of my season 1 guys are retiring, and a few teams here already plan to restart, but im curious to hear more opinions.

hard to say until he comes out and says it, tbh. I wasn't planning on boosting any players past season 10, so Im a little pissed that it sounds like Bort is going to 'kinda.. uh.. sorta.. allow it.. I guess". That pushes player plateau back a season or more, assuming the decline starts slowly and VAs are considered

I dont think anything has changed. Bort just hasnt released details about it. Aside from Borts misspoken words that some people misinterpreted that they thought Season 10 was the plateau, which it isnt.

Season 11 is the plateau, Season 12 you start to decline a bit, Season 13 even more and by 14 your probably not worth much.

Ill wait and see. Because even though you might decline a bit, your services as a Mentor or Motivational Speaker might be valuable. Plus depth is always good.

i only have one season 1 player and he will be where he is

My special teams OT will be on the market as BLPP goes slowbuild and i'll package him with my LB.

I only have 1 left. I started out with about 15 and have been retiring them over the past 3-4 seasons to fund new slowbuild guys. If GLB was cheaper I would have kept them around but I'm not willing to spend $100 every other month on this game when I can just retire 1-2 old guys and play for free for another season.

I'm keeping my guys around on a season by season basis. Most of them should be around for at least one more season.

I'm keeping Celtic around until the decline begins, then he is hanging up the cleats. I can live with having hit a plateau, but one he loses SP he is heading out to pasture
