You capped catching way to early. imo

Go back and work on speed and agility to 68 natural. No more in catching for a long time.

I agree as well. You should try to keep all the equipment bonus in one stat (speed). Also, work on trying to get speed and agility to 68. I would train jumping/vision while you're getting speed and agility to 68.

ok so what do i work on after i make my speed and agility to 70(ill make mine 70 instead of 68)?

I would probably get catching to 61.

If English is too difficult, learn something easier.
As for your receiver, the best route would be starting over.

I'd work on all the basics of WR getting them to 48.07.

Do not stick any more points for at least 15 levels, into the SA choices.
Later pick one or the other to dump selected points into such as First Step.

YungIce. I will give you honest criticism without ridiculing you.

Retire your WR and start over. 2 reasons:

1. Decide what "type" of WR you want to build. The build above doesn't take advantage of the Automatic level Gains at all.

2. Wait until ALL (yes I said ALL) of your attributes are to their necessary caps PRIOR to adding to SAs. NO SAs early. They will only turn your build into this:
