Cap Agility and Strength to 60. then look at tackling, speed, stamina & Vision.

wrong. Cap agility once you can. Bring it to AT least the third cap which is 68ish. Then move onto strength.

with that roll, you should have been training agility/tackling or agility/speed.

i only did it twice so now im going into speed agility

If you want a pure pass rusher, yes. If you want more balance, then agility/tackling.
