I'm afraid to say something that might be taken as offensive...

if you want to improve it, change all of your items into one attribute, i would suggest speed. your guy is not great at anything as youve spread your points far too much. he also isnt bad in anything, but that is not the way to do it. better to excel at one/two things than how youve done it.
