Are you after elusive or power... for my elusive guys I bought pieces that had an attribute and fake chance %. I also went after first step as the other piece.

i was going for a power back...but am at the level to be able to be either. what do you think of his build and what should i do next (currently soft capping speed/agility) since this is my first go around. thanks for any advice. cheers.

you look committed to the power back route...or at least combo. keep doing str/carrying and add speed. all of those should go to 68 min
If your going to get adv equip... wait a few levels, the payoff starts to get pretty huge after level 20. Looks like a goos start on a power back imho
