No problems with sharing duties as long as the depth chart is fair... No more 2nd or 3rd string to a GM's RB who is half the player. I expect custom equipment to be funded by the team. If you are sending me a request, or message- you might as well open up your forum for me to check out, because I won't join without seeing it anyway.
