Vision to the third cap (at least), and Superior Vision/Change Direction to 8+/7+ (respectively). Your speed is good, and can be taken care of via EQ for the rest of your dot's career. Same with agility, I don't think you'll want to put EQ upgrades there, but it's an option. Decide what kind of SS you want to be. If you're wanting to be more of a run support/hard hitting type, then focus on tackling/strength, as well as Big Hit/Monster Hit, and streamline your VAs.
