my HB has puts up ridick numbers against weaker opponents and insanely bad numbers, like averages negative yardage against teams of equal or greater skill... is this a results of offensive AI, his build? anything will help:

In my own limited experience, I'd say your Speed looks a little low, but that's all I got.

That's exactly what it is.
You change direction well and that will overpower slower defenses, but when you have 4 fast guys with good vision aimed at you your speed is low and agility being higher than speed won't help you.
My suggestion is that if you have equipment in agility (which I hope you do with it that high) you try to send some of it over into speed.
I don't know what you can really do at level 56 aside from that. Or be really really patient as you level and put it into speed.

Clever Instincts will help...get a piece of fake chance AEQ...Ive found speed is better than agility though

More speed. The idea is great, but in GLB speed is king. Your issue is that in higher leagues everyone has speed so even if you are able to successfully fake players, they have the speed to recover before you can run past them.
