The first one Gamker1 listed is good for any LB imo, but none of the pieces listed are really quality pieces regardless of their positional value

Keep in mind that when you are at level 32 the %'s will be around 13. I have two that are make tackle chance and will eventually have 26% tackle chance. If I were you I would go with the first one and keep trying to get another one with similiar qualities to build onto it.
