Your best chance will be to find a PeeWee team - (only allowed to sign level 1 players) -

otherwise - your best bet will be to join the D-Leagues for a season - but it will be impossible to all get on the same team.

Look through the Pee Wee leagues - find a team with mostly CPU players - and PM that owner asking if you can all play there - that would be your best chance
