Leo Oceana is a level 14 defensive end that really started coming into his own this year until his team's owner went inactive. He is looking for an active owner and an active team. He does not have to start but make sure he gets plenty of playing time. He can play special teams as well. He has enough strength to play the RDE and enough speed to play the LDE depending on the OC. I hope to make a decision today because i dont want him to miss anymore playing time.
