Currently the thought process on WR's is just pump the shit out of speed/agility. Thats one way to potentially have a good WR however the problem with that is it really relies on having the OC put you in the right situation to succeed. There are more than just one way to build a WR. Just a few highlights from the last game Cassius Clay played in.

The advice I would give you all is:
Find a team and stick with that team. Talk to the OC about how he plans to use you, how you are going to build your WR, and you will have a much better chance at being successful. There are multiple ways to build a good WR. I would argue that for a "team" the speed WR build is not actually the most useful of builds.

Very impressive... I would assume you have high speed/agility with a decent amount of strength and carrying. Maybe vision at 60?

Could be the case but we might never know.

~60 strength.
I agree with your point but WRs can't do that at lower levels and it's likely all you've inspired WRs to do is pump their strength after seeing that you can break tackles with moderate success.

I am actually in the process of possibly making this type of build, based on my guess. He's level 1 now, though.

And I agree with you 100%. My only non-level 1 player, level 56 (as of tonight) WR is probably unlike most level 50s builds out there, but i've been happy with him I built him up specifically to be a slot receiver and he's been used that way to pretty decent success over his career (sans the all rushing season) (unfortunately the team I was on eventually folded -nfrat ...so I had to switch last season).

Anyway, always wanted to know your exact build...will be trying to build one of my WRs to seemingly do what you've been doing.

All plays are on short routes.

Yac attack + Bruiser + carrying + strength is your friend for a power WR imo...

I'd ballpark maybe 68 strength, 60 carrying fwiw...
