Not bad if you like the speed first build (personaly I'm not a big fan of it ). Vision and SV are a little bit low for my taste, it's ok but not great.
Definitly too much Tackling for that lvl, Those points would have better been invested in Jumping.

Vas are good, you can't go wrong with Ball Hawk, but I would eliminate Quick, it's just not worth it. Long Reach isn't that bad either, but with only 45 Jumping it isnt the first option imo.

So Jumping and Vision are your first priority.
