Is this for the base(raw) numbers or is the ratio supposed to include the equipment?

The great mythical speed/agility ratio? I hear that both speed and agility must end in a .03 for it to be effective.

Speed/Agility to the 6th cap at 77 Natural with all equipment or most into Speed. IMO

There isn't a correct ratio.
If there were it would include equipment.

Anywhere between 2:1 and 2:2 should be fine.

In all seriousness, from what I understand your agility should be roughly 2/3 of your speed.

so if ur speed was 99.99 what would be a good aglility, mine is at 71.99
