whats the best to set the bar at? distance is good but so is the height...so what do you guys think?

i would say distance. i like distance, last season i kept it on distance and had the best punt average award at the end of the year, but it depends on the team, my team last season had some fast people on punt, and well thats what help out.

Well putting it on distance should help you when competing for a distance award 
I'm using the pre-season to evaluate my coverage team. I put it on -100 (all distance), looked at how quickly the coverage got down there. Then I dropped it to -75, etc. The goal is to find a balance between distance kicked and how quickly coverage reaches the returner to maximize net yardage. Once I find a good point to start the season, I'll watch the punts to see how it needs to be adjusted.
But from my experience, and it may just be my punter, -100 did much better than +100, so I start with -100 and increase it from there.
