As the title says, I am an experienced recruiter and I am sort of experienced at OCing...I have been getting better at that part. I would like to find a 13 cap team to help out. I GM other teams but don't have anything in that range.
Please don't offer to me if you are looking for a GM for an uncapped team, a pee-wee, or a level 24 cap team. I am full on those areas and I would not be a good choice for you.
