agility definetly. this is fairly weak build. the msot effective backs are ones that are built one way ie power or speed back. balanced backs realy struggle as yours has. personally id say retire and start over. pick one direction and commit to it. if not than move all ur equipment around into one or two attributes and try to focus him one way or the other
