My team (The Ottowa Chiefs) are severely out-matched in the Canada AAA #2 league, as we are a first-year team, playing against established teams from the previous season.

We were able to win two games, but they were against the two teams that will be relagated to AA because they are the worst two teams in the league. (Also gutted/added teams)

It has stunted the growth of the players on my team, as getting smashed in several consecutive games tends to wear on the players' morale.

We are looking for a fresh start against teams that are closer to our level. And I know that there are several teams in this league that have enough going on to make them far more competetive against the Canada AAA teams than we are equipped to be.

We are not trying to be "big fish, in a small pond", we are just tired of being used as "bait" for the big fish.

Any owners who are interested in meeting the challenge of the bigger pond can PM me.

Also, feel free to have a look at my roster, and the rosters of the teams in our current conference, to see if your team can match-up against them.

No thanks from the Huntsville Rockets, I mean NASA gives our players free rides to work, we can't give that up

I see Honolulu leaving if any team were to depart, followed by Toronto and Pittsburgh. Of course these owners would have to agree to be matched up with equal to greater competition, thus effecting their ability to run the score up against newer, un-established teams

As it's been explained to me... The two conference champions move up a league, and the four lowest teams move down a league. Of course there's no place to move down to in our league.

New teams? Are we not all 'new' teams?

Running up the score? There are 9 teams that put up more points against the worst team in the league then us (34). YOU were one of them!! There are 5 teams who put up equal or more points against the 2nd worst team in the league than us (34).

And didn't you beat us earlier this season? lol

To be honest, I don't think any of the teams in this league would be overly competitive in that league so the point is kinda moot. I'm sorry to hear that Chief is struggling up there but I don't think Toronto will be going anywhere unless we make it to the Championships....and thats a big IF cuz the competition is really tight in this league. Our record could easily be 8-7 with some bad luck. We had a number of close games. 5 games by 8 or less points. We only lost our 2 games by 5 points combined but you get the point.

I have no idea what "newer, un-established teams" mean. This is our first season, most of our guys started as level 1 on day one. We have 1 guy that's level 15, no one over. Your team (Orlando) has like 8 or 9 guys who are level 16 or higher.

As for running up the score, I don't see any tactic option that says kneel. We set our game plan and run with it. We are not here to baby sit anyone.

Our goal is to make to the Pro league, and if we are fortunate enough to win enough games and advance to the next level, that would be great. But we are not going to take any short cuts.

Orlando will find that more than just those teams could run up the score on them. All things looked at be worse for your team next season depending on who stays.

Really? I have no problem with your team being further along than others in the league - in time it will all sort itself out. But come on, let's be serious. Don't try to claim this "we are new, too" stuff. For example:

(WR) Lauri Wang: lvl 18 created season 1, day 17
(G) Leon Wang: lvl 17 created season 1, day 20
(QB) Stuart Wang: lvl 17 created season 1, day 17
(OT) Eric Wang: lvl 16 created season 1, day 25
(DT) Rocky Wang: lvl 17 created season 1, day 19
(SS) Datong Wang: lvl 16 created season 1, day 18

and that is just a handful of many more. I doubt any of them started as level 1, on day 1 of this season. Not a single one of your starters was created in season 2.

Since you are boosting, you have a 3 level head start, plus 2 weeks of training and 6 games of season 1 experience, not to mention the chemistry bonus from not having to build your team piece by piece.

I think that is what he is referring to as "newer, un-established" teams. Those who have players created during this season, who scrounged for new blood as this season went along, not a team who had entire lineup boosted and set from before the season started.

No players were boosted last season, so we started the season with mostly level 1 players. Yes, some players were boosted just before the playoffs yesterday. So a lot of guys were created in season 1, but they were at the end of season one, day 35 does not get you much experience. The fact is the majority of our rosters (check the defense) is about 1evel 10.

Your guy Hugo Beast is created on season 2 day 1, yet he's already level 12. Our starting DT Damione is created on season 1 day 35, but he's only level 10, still is level 10. And if you look at both of our rosters, that is pretty much the case across the board. Before our playoff boosts, the majority of our guys are level 10. When we beat your team 48-0 in week 15, most of our guys were at level 9.

So we had a few guys that weren't at level 1 to begin the season, but your team also have some players that are created in season 1.

QB: Penkki Season 1 day 17
HB: Bomber Season 1 day 44
FB: Lind Season 1 day 23
WR: Face Season 1 day 17
TE: Maxwell Season 1 day 15
DE: Stuart Season 1 day 20

We won because we had better team strategy and tactics than most teams. A lot of the teams has caught on to what we are doing and have made adjustments, evidenced by the tough game in our round 1 match up with LA.

Come on guys, I'm assuming everyone plays this game have played football in real life, and not a bunch of arm chair quarterbacks. Strap it on and play, don't be looking for excuses. Football is a real men's sport, let's leave the crying to gymnastics and figure skating.

I'm not making any excuses. I'm just pointing out that there is a difference in levels between some of the teams. Yes, we have some players that we signed as free agents that were created season one. I had to boost 3 times to reach level 12, so I would be level 9 and below every one of your starters without it. We are also starting players that weren't created until day 12, 13 and 16 of this season. That's a "newer, un-established" team. The fact that you had players at higher levels than us, without boosting yet is a big advantage. And you very well may have had a strategic and tactical advantage as well. I don't discount that possibility in the least. I have no problem with that and take nothing away from your excellent team and season. Best of luck in the playoffs. If we don't see you again next season, maybe we will sometime down the line.

I hear ya. Honestly speaking, we are surprised at how well we did this season ourselves. We barely beat Phoenix (5-11 team) in our first game, the score to that game is a bit deceiving, we had a kick return for TD and forced 2 INTs, but they out gained us for the game. This has really been a learning experience for us, and we are still learning more each game. And I don't think the gap is that big between us and the remaining playoff teams, we just get more hype that's all. I think people talk us up to make us relax a bit so they can spank us. Best of luck to you guys as well, I'm sure we are going to meet up somewhere down the line.
