should I have speed and agility at 1:1 ratio or should speed still be capped at the next level above agility?

without equipment? im guessing i should put all my equipment into speed while having equal sp in each?

100 Speed and 70 Agility with equipment would be a good goal for around LVL 35 without neglecting other important attributes.
1:1 works, but put eq in speed, then it should be well above, and still give max benefit....imho
