Hey, I've been involved w GLB for a bit. This is my first quarterback and I would like to develop him as a pocket passing quarterback. Any input or examples you could give me are welcome. Thank you.

Get throwing, vision, confidence, strength and agility up. It is generally accepted that throwing is the most important attribute, but after that, no one knows for sure. I recommend trying a few things out

Aight, I thought that's what would be needed, not too sure about agility, my general idea was speed as the last one. I'll give it a go thanks.

I believe Agility is underrated for pocket passers.

hmmm Im not sure about that drake. it seems to have some effect, but only in a few situations per game and its hard to messure anyway... no doubt so it effects the QB pocket movement in a positive way!

I think it also affects your base chance to quick release and, to a small extent, pass quality.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think it warrants a huge investment and I totally agree it is hard to measure. Mainly, I think it is underrated because many people don't seem to value it at all.

Which doesn't make much sense considering there is jack all to train once you've capped your throwing/vision/strength/confidence/stamina (lvl 30 or so).

Get throwing to 68-cap and train on vision and confidence.
Get strength to 60-cap while training on vision and confidence.
Get vision to 60-cap while training on confidence and stamina.
Get confidence to 48-cap while training on agility and vision.

I would change the last one a tad. Why train agility/vision right after vision is to the 2nd cap (60)when you still probaly have low stamina. I would train "distance run' confidence and stamina intense. Since they'll be lower and get better training results than training something thats at 60.

I would still train on vision and confidence while getting vision to 60 then agility and stamina while getting confidence to 48

Throwing to 68 is by far the most important. Depending on what you want out of your QB, I'd go a few different routes. If you are slow building, Id focus on what you cap through training combos and you got a few guides above that would work.

If you want to be successful early I'd go Throwing, vision strength confidence as vision is more important early.

As for agility being under/overrated I haven't seen it be too important throughout my qb's career. Everyone on defense is going to have so much higher agility and speed, scrambling and sack avoidance will be basically redundant. I'd focus more improving your qbs effectiveness, putting training of stamina at a higher importance than agility, and get on a team with an o-line than will protect. As for agility helping any with pass quality, show me evidence of this cause I don't see it playing a part.

I think if you change confidence with strength youŽll get further as I am a firm believer in confidence, especially after looking at the summery pages after games!

There is no evidence. It is just a hypothesis. But then, there is little evidence of anything in GLB. (It would take access to the test server to see if it even might be a factor.)

I totally agree that agility isn't required for QB success. (But that doesn't mean it couldn't contribute to greater success.)
