SO my LB was playing LOLB but now im changing him over to ROLB and i need advice on shed block? is it worth it at all?
andyone seen a huge increase in hurries/sacks with heaps of points in shed Block? or are the O-Line just too good to power thru?

Shed block is my favorite pass rushing s.a. It requires very high agility though. So while it will still be effective for a linebacker who plays right outside. It won't be as effective as a d-linemen with like 110 agility. It will still work though, and getting it up past 10 is good. Try reaching about 70 agility with R.O.L.B. possibly more if you have the speed needed to get there. If you line your R.O.L.B up right you won't need shed blocks too terribly much.

shed block is not about powering through. but it won't do anything if your combination of strength and agility aren't comparable to the linemans. if you have 10 more agility and 20 less strength, and good shed blocks and speed, you will be ok. if you have equal agility and 20 less strength, you will lose almost every time.

So could you guys break it down to raw numbers for lower lvls (25-30)? What is a good sp/ag/st/shedblock combo?

Would something like 83 / 70 / 33 / 6 have enough to be successful combo to utilize the shed block successfully?

There's no specific raw numbers because some people will work speed and agility to 70 before even starting on strength, tackling, or vision, and that can take 25 levels.

That combo may or may not have success, it depends entirely on the level of competition. But I wouldn't expect much. 33 is not much strength at all and you'll be going up against blockers with anywhere from 50 (some FBs) to 90 (some interior linemen).

OTOH if you get spdd and agility up to those number, then second cap strength, then get some shed blocks by level40 or 45, you may have some success. I don't really know what's required though, I'm not personally familiar with playing a blitzing ROLB.
