I was curious what your thoughts for on closing speed for a LB. I am thinking it will get you to the ball faster and in more plays.

I have yet to see a linebacker with closing speed not be better.

I don't think it's worthwhile...there are significantly better options.

I just rolled a piece with +2 catching and closing speed and I have 24 tokens to dump into it. I too would like to hear some thoughts on closing speed for LBs. The catching doesn't do much for me but would you rather have closing speed or swat ball for a LB?

And what would the better options be? Big Hit? Monster Hit?

monster hit, shutdown coverage, pass deflect %, make tackle %, force fumble %, superior vision, avoid fake %...

make interception %

I switched out Closing Speed for 5% Make Tackle and am very pleased with the results. Closing Speed just tires your guy out faster, IMO.
