What do you guys think about the scrimages for teams out of the playoffs? I like it, I think. It's a great chance to play around with the settings in a big way without risking anything.

Na, not really. Only two teams won't get to try it for at least one scrimmage and they obviously didn't need to do much learnin'.

Everyone plays, every two days. It only matters if it's a scrimmage or a playoff game.
The further in the playoffs you get, the fewer scrimmages. Basically, all you do is win so why do you need to practice?

Pre season games would be the only fair way to do this and allow all teams the advantage of testing different tactics.

While I'd love to claim super powers, in reality I didn't post it until after I saw Bort's post about it.

I think it's a fair way to let the poorer teams try to find a way to better use their personnel in order to make the league more competitive for next season.

I know that there are no XPs awarded in-game during the playoffs and scrimmage games, but do we still get training XPs during this part of the season?
