Black Sea Storm is planning to host a Tournament for Season 10. We are taking the first 15 teams + BSS that are in Capped 38 or lower leagues for the upcoming season. All teams will play 3 games in the Pool with the 1st Place pool team advancing to the Semi-Finals.

There will be 4 Pools with Team Owners getting together to seed the top 8 spots. With Tournament Director (Me) making decisions on borderline calls.

Tie Breaker within the pools will be as follows:

1. Fewest Points Allowed
2. Most Points Scored
3. Few Yards Allowed on Defense
4. Most Yards Gained on Offense
5. Coin Toss

PM if you have any questions. Please be prepared to schedule and pay for a minimum of 3 scrimmages and upto 5 if you make it to the Championship.
