Got some AEQ black gloves that came up in the store

+2 Jumping / +3% Break tackle

Anybody have this and if so, does it work?

I don't know. 78 broken tackles, in S9, in BBB (honestly didn't seem like that many), with it. Nowhere near a prolific tackle breaker.

Keep it unless you somehow get one with a more applicable attribute bonus. +%brtk's are one of, if not THE best, AEQ for a powerback.

I got it at 56 and its only at +16%. I only have 75 strength and broke 208 tackles last season in USA AAA1 west.

Yea, the attribute seems far better for a WR - but it's the first +3% Break Tackle I've ever seen.

For $25,500 it might be a good buy.

I've spent so many rolls trying to get a decent piece for my Powerback - the only one I ever hit on before this was a yellow doo rag +3 Carry + 1 Stiff Arm SA

Wish I had a lot more BTs saved back....

1 Power Through
and
1 Dive for Yardage

I think that is the best you can get.

My back has one piece that started with 3 strength and 2% break tackle. Currently, it's at 6 strength and 8% break tackle.

He leveled to 46 the day after the conference championship and broke 234 tackles in Africa AAA.

His other piece started at 1 agility and 1 Power Through.

I've got a AE that started at +5% brtk on one of my players, so it's possible to roll one higher than +3%. I've never anything higher than +3% since though, I'd be interested to hear if someone's rolled a +5% recently.

My power back rolled a +1 strength +5% break tackle a couple of seasons ago. His other piece is +2 carrying +1 Power Thru. Pretty happy with that adv equipment!

My power back has break tackle and loves it. He was in the D but it still makes him feel good to see 260+ broken tackles.

i rolled a %5 bt aeq on my CB, but that's kinda useless. it definitely exists though

i use 2 pieces with break tackle % on my HB and he is averaging more then 1 broken tackle per carry the last 2 seasons

I got a 5% fake recently. Not the same but just as useful on a different build.

That could also be due to being level 49 in SEA AA.
