I've put this guy out there quite a lot now without having any teams show any real interest - did I make a mistake spending time on Strength rather than putting everything into Elusive?

I don't think capping it will have hurt you in the long run. But it's not going to help all that much either, unless you get it up to 70 or so. You might get a little more attention if you switch a piece of agi eq into speed, people really look at speed a lot before they notice anything else. I'd give him a little more time though.

Can't imagine what 13 cap team wouldn't want him. He should dominate that league. You will find a team.
