for a level 17 your build is sick. did you slow build?

my first season i slow build and at the end i boosted 3 times. 2nd season i boosted 3 more times but that is all teh boosting i can afford. I am trying to figure out what to do next. The build guide said to go SA's next before i starting building towards teh 2nd cap. Any thoughts?
