start putting points into Hard Hitter...
Personally I like to jump up the main attributes early on and leave confidence, stamina, jumping, catching, etc... at a smaller amount to get decent training points for once the main attributes are higher...
For you though the key is now to get the important attributes up to the 2nd cap ASAP.
