My slow-built pocket passer is available. He tore up the South America AA league he was in this past season, finishing first in both passing yards and touchdown passes while only surrendering 6 sacks and committing 10 turnovers.
I'm looking for a team that can provide him the opportunity to start (with him being the sole QB a plus, since he's been in that role from the start). I'm not really concerned with whether or not your team runs a rushing or passing oriented offense.
