This is my possession receiver. I will boost him 3x at the start of S10. He has his custom equipment.

He was too low of a level for my team last season and didn't play because the team had 4 lvl 50 receivers.

I would like him to get to a team where he would be used as WR1,2 or 3.

I would like to get him his 2 missing pieces of level 32 EQ. I don't expect lvl 40 EQ right away, but if you're willing to offer it, that is a plus!

Idea for next season is to pump up agility. Would also listen to other build suggestions to help a team out.

Also, I misspoke. He currently needs 4 lvl 32 pieces of EQ.

I am sitting on 16 bonus tokens. With full lvl 32 gear, I would have +4 speed, +1 one handed catch, +1 jump catch.

Could also use two pieces of lvl 40 EQ for another immediate +2 boost to speed.

+6 speed to what you see plus 15 SPs into agility before the start of S10.
