im trying to make him a duel threat which is why he is lower in speed than i like, should i just go all out on speed or continue to keep passign up too?

Dual threat will not be extremely viable at lower levels; even if you can pull it off you need to build toward caps and you need to hit major attributes first so they get more from automatic level gains.

My best advice is to retire him. He's pretty much worthless because you wasted a lot in SA. Try to restart it and go all out on attributes till they hit first cap then train your others until you cap the first major one. So if you want a scrambler/option guy:

Get Speedy/Agility to first cap.
Get throwing/vision to first cap and train while doing the speed/agility combo first.
Get strength and stamina up while training it while doing throwing/vision. Note: Depending on what type of team your playing on (D-leagues or Pee-Wee) you may not need stamina to be around 20 until you get on a "real" team. That's just a little on it, hope it helps!
