never has seemed to produce like I think he should, maybe it was the scheme or the team, but wanted to know if anyone had any thoughts on his build.

its a nice enough build but it would really help to get more points into SDC / SV (ideally with AEQ - way better than SH imo)
Personally I like the Custom Eq SA Tree in SDC rather than Speedster too.

Also work your Vision to 68.
