Ok, after the Discussions have gone far, and likely produced a nicer system, let's go ahead, and install something for season 2.:

Important: Your not allowed to vote for players on your own team, the vote counters should take a special look, so that no one tries this.

You can only vote for Players in your Conference, Zeta Players Vote for Zeta, Alpha for Alpha.

Vote Counters:

Mike Rogers: Alpha(his team is in alpha, so from my point, he should count alpha)

Dublin : Zeta

Deadline: Season 2, Day 33

As for all who don't truts each other, I suggest copies of the voting ballot are sent to both Mike Rogers and Dublin, you can also sent a copy to me, if you like.

I'll sent this as a PM to all WEPL Coaches, so we can start going, I'd say deadline for votes should be one day after Game 16, which gives 3 days to vote. So Deadline:

Why is GM on there...just curious..? No one knows what everyones GM even does if anything at all..On my ballot im leaving it blank.

well, I thought we can reward them, of course you don't know, what they do, however, some have a pretty obvious message board appearance.

Yeah they talk on the message board...thats it, maybe if someone started a GM thread, and explain what their purpose is for their team, then I could make a valid vote, but if that doesnt happen, just going to leave it blank. Shouldnt be on there anyways...

could anyone, that has sent his ballot perhaps sign here, so we see how many participate, and if the votes all have been sent to the right person(s).

Some parts were rushed with rl, so that's my only disclaimer
also for everything except DE, WR, and CB, I did by position. IE LT,RT spots; LOLB, ROLB, MLB, NT, DT, ect.

If you need to ask you obviously made a team with your own players... oh wait.

Well personally I have run everything on Monarchs for a Season and a half as the real owner just dont have time, that means tactics, contracts, trades, playerbuilds, scouting, stadium build, ticket prices, and Power Rankings.

We went 8-4 and 13-2 so far so I aint doing too bad.

I will have to change the DE spot. DE was the very last position i did and my baby girl was quite impatient at that time

As far as GMs go woahtuff our GM has been instrumental in taking our team from Oceanic Aggies (4-12) fighting to stay in the Pros to Reykjavik Aggies 12-2 fighting to win it all. We would have been no where without him
