Currently Seeking:

Head Coach
We aren't exactly 'seeking' this.. More or less just waiting for one to fall into our lap. As of right now, our Head Coach title will go to the coordinator of one of the three areas of football that is performing the best. If an OC or DC is named Head Coach, and has an assistant, the assistant will take the OC/DC's title.

Offensive Coordinator
Once again, not exactly 'seeking' this, just waiting for the perfect candidate. You need to have very advanced knowledge of the game as well as have the history and references to back this up. You will be required to utilize our very deep, versatile roster, as we have all of the following; Speed HB, Power HB, Blocking FB, Rushing/Outside Blocking FB, Receiving TE, Blocking TE, and a few different types of receivers. You are allowed to bring on assistants. Once again, please only contact me about this job if you are an extremely dedicated, knowledgeable agent. Do not apply for this job if you have more than 2 teams that you currently actively GM for. This job will require a lot of time and dedication.

Scout(s)
We're currently looking for both offensive and defensive scouts. If you are a combo scout, that will work too, though we prefer you choose one so you can really 'focus' on a certain field. Upon the start of the season, you will be given a list of games that are 'Must Scouts'.. which according to this new league structure system, may be all 16.. but most likely not. You are allowed to bring on an assistant and come as a package deal. You can take turns scouting 'must scout' games or scout them both together.

Running Back
Lastly, we're looking to add another running back to our line-up. You will be third string but will get 20 plays a game. Make sure you are within a level or two of the rest of the team. Should you get signed by us, you will need to change your player's first name to 'Epic' and last name to the name of a hall-of-fame NFL running back. You will also need to commit for last 7 seasons of your players career. We are a dynasty.
Below is a priority list for the type of running back we are looking for, top being the top priority, and so on:
1) Combo Back - Speed/Agility/Strength.. and maybe a little catching An all-around back that will be used in various types of runs and plays, and even passes if your build permits.
2) Receiving Back - Although we'd rather have an all-around combo back, a receiving back will do almost just as well. You will get your 20+ plays a game. High speed and a good amount of catching and agility is needed. You will be used in many types of passing plays.
3) Blocking Back - Pretty straight foward. You'll be used in passing plays when the HB doesn't run routes, and if you're build permits, you'll also be used on FB and QB running plays. You'll also may play some special teams. You will also get at least 20 plays a game for max xp.
4) Speed Back - We need an extremely fast back to lessen the load on Epic Barry Sanders. You'll need a very high amount of speed and agility.. Pretty straight foward.

Realize when trying-out to be our HB, all of our players were slow-built and have extremely high majors. You will probably needed to have been at least power-built to be considered for the position. Build is key. Commitment is also required. We want you for at least 7 more seasons. (Depending on player decline) You will need to commit to playing with us for the rest of your career.

If you are applying for one of our staff positions, do not waste my time unless you are very experienced in the field in which you are applying. Please provide the proper credentials and do not bother applying if you actively GM for more than 2 or 3 teams. We need to KNOW you have time to remain committed to OUR team. If your performance does not pan out, you will be warned, given a game or two more, then replaced. We will not tolerate mediocrity.

Sad to say we lost our SABBB#2 Title game today, 17-13. My excuse: It was my first season ever coordinating a team.

I feel this game really shows our potential. We are a slow-build team with MANY unspent SP's, and nearly beat a team 3 overall better than us. (Not an impossible feat by any means, but impressive.) We have a very intelligent DC who needs a few scouts to scout the opponents offense, but most of all, WE NEED AN OC. We are an INCREDIBLY versatile team.. please read the post above this one if you are interested.

Once again, Congrats to CLS on a great (although very disappointing) championship game.
